not only defrauded a customer in several ways, but also cheated on the Illinois
Attorney General's Office, submitted fabricated documents to the Sectary of State.
Further, beyond dispute, the dealer's president Nick D'Andrea and its chief
manager Ed Earley, in concert with lawyer Vorberg, committed perjury.
