	In Illinois, a sham car dealer (D'Andrea Buick) and a deceitful 

lawyer (Elaine S. Vorberg, an all-time dirty liar caught by a judge at trial) 

can bring our judicial system and legal profession into disrepute.

      A Justice in the Illinois Appellate Court (James Fitzgerald Smith) 

would spend more than one year and cook up an "order" full of deliberate

outright falsehoods.

	What a shame!

	Respectful judges and honest lawyers are court officers, they 

provide invaluable professional service to a Civil Society. 

	On the other side of the law, all crooked judges and deceitful lawyers,

all their misconducts and criminal activities are the scum and cancer in our 

judicial system.

	Justice James Fitzgerald Smith in the Fifth Division of Illinois Appellate

of the First District can overrule a trial-court-granted motion by 

misinterpretation, he can presume a stricken motion was still pending or 

it might had been re-filed; he would connive at the argument that a car dealer 

D'Andrea Buick Inc. and its counsel Elaine S. Vorberg lacked knowledge of a 

vehicle's odometer should run forward, not backward; and he would close his eyes 

on the truth that the deceptive car dealer concocted a mechanic Expert  without a  

name, without testimony, and even without physical existence. 

	Documentary evidence shows that the car dealer, D'Andrea Buick Inc.,

not only defrauded a customer in several ways, but also cheated on the Illinois

Attorney General's Office, submitted fabricated documents to the Sectary of State.

      Further, beyond dispute, the dealer's president Nick D'Andrea and its chief 

manager Ed Earley, in concert with lawyer Vorberg, committed perjury.

      People are saying that James F. Smith is not qualified to be a judge.

Some would argue James Fitzgerald Smith is not only bad, but also rotten;

he is nothing but a shame to the Illinois legal profession. And in Illinois,

even a justice in an Appellate Court can be extremely rotten and evil.

	What do you think?

	No one should be allowed to win a case by providing outright false 

statements and fabricating evidence.

	Judge-shopping and order-bargaining in and out of a courtroom 

shall be strictly prohibited.

	A litigant states that one of the R23 orders authored by 

James F. Smith shall be void as it was procured by fraud and the order 

itself was a product of fraud. And the specific R23 order covers up 

judicial misconducts; it shall be a nullity. 

	What is your opinion?  

	Will James F. Smith correct his fatal mistakes? His integrity, 

courage and professionalism, if there is any such a thing in him, will be 

judged by the Illinois general public.

	There are a lot of fine judges in the Federal Court. And it is a 

criminal offense to destroy, discard and displace court records, or commit 

perjury in there. With less surprise, uncertainty and irregularity.

litigants' fundamental rights are better protected.

	In an Employment Discrimination case under ADEA, Title VII and EPA,

thanks to the excellent efforts from Schopf & Weiss LLP (A winner of 2009

Award for Excellence in Pro Bono and Public Interest Service), an employee 

was compensated in a settlement with a local government agency.
